DRILLING

We specialize in large capacity water wells. Typical uses include irrigation and pond/reservoir level maintenance. Based on current municipal water rates, it is not uncommon to recover the upfront drilling costs within two to five years depending on the amount of water pumped and the depth to which the well is completed. We utilize various drilling techniques based on your specific situation including your water demand, the available aquifers under your location, local code requirements and drill site location size constraints.

PLUGGING & ABANDONMENT

During land development it is common to find water wells that land owners are not aware of on their property. FCS Construction also offers plugging and abandonment services for existing water wells that need to be safely taken out of service. We adhere to Texas specifications to properly preserve the integrity of the water table. The typical process starts with removing as much pumping equipment as possible, the well is then disinfected and various sealing techniques are employed based on upon each individual situation.
