Brett Wootton serves as an FCS Project Manager and oversees the direction of our survey department.  He has more than fifteen years of excavation, stabilization, light utility and paving experience, managing projects ranging from small scale residential/commercial development tracts to heavy linear transportation with varying emphasis on function, aesthetics, cost and time of completion.  Brett has also managed projects for both the environmental/planning and operations branches of a leading open pit coal-mining operator in Texas.
