Clay Thomas serves as Chief Executive Officer for FCS, and is involved in overseeing new business development, as well as the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to his position at FCS, Clay owned CT Land Services, a construction management company overseeing the construction of multiple single family developments in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Excavation at the Rodman Companies, where he managed more than 300 employees on various projects. Clay has a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
