Curtis Davee serves as Vice President of Estimating for FCS Construction. Curtis estimates and oversees numerous large excavation projects throughout Texas and surrounding states, including landfills, balancing ponds and other remediation projects. Curtis holds a master's degree in environmental science from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.
