Russ Horton is an Estimator and Project Manager for FCS.  Russ has been in the construction industry for 15 years giving him extensive experience in commercial and residential sectors.  Russ graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Ag Development with an emphasis in Construction Science and a minor in Business.
